Faethon Residence

Project designed on a very inclined plot amongst nature and Germasogia view perspectives, the development is set into four main levels and a parking space underneath. The inclinations of the ground allow different relations of the main spaces to the exterior. Ground floor spaces suggest an open almost exposed space. It’ s long glazed surfaces leave the light go through and unite interior with exterior spaces.
GF living spaces are multiplied by visual and movement proximities whereas the pool yard becomes part of them. 
The facades are cladded with Alucobond panels which are transformed into building element, wood features strategicall positioned and beton thus giving a feeling of elegant materiality to the volumes of the house.
The use of natural materials such as metal, concrete and wood suggest a unique and contemporary architecture.
