P/N Residence

The building's volumes are spread along the site’s boundaries, creating volumetric hubs for its users.
Our team's idea was to create a single-storey residence with communal patio in the rear of the building, where all the spaces communicate. The concept of the hubs emphasizes the building’s usage and divides its private from its public spaces.
