Our new design, is a private development of 10 flats , with a spectacular view to Limassol's main city. The building is strategically orientated in a way that each flat has privacy, direct sun light and of course views. We try to keep a principal volume with small divisions all around that creates internal hubs 'balconies', which does not affect the privacy of the next door apartment, which is very important.

Design wise the project is a contemporary conclusion of bringing together three main materials: Rusted aluminum panels, concrete subphases and High pressure laminate custom design panels. All this three materials are getting married together by filling the volumetric analysis of the building.
